After almost eleven years in the Oil and Gas sector, recruitment is not just a job…it’s a way of life!
After working in education and then with a Domestic Violence charity, I joined a recruitment company as a Resourcer thinking it would be a nice little admin job after having my two children. How wrong was I? Starting out covering high volume Well Testing and Drilling roles, the buzz of filling positions was addictive and in the blink of an eye I was a 360 Recruitment Consultant specialising in Trades. It’s true that nobody chooses to go into recruitment, it’s an industry that you fall into and even after all this time I still love what I do.
A self-confessed music nerd who loves a cold Sauvignon Blanc in the sun, I dedicate my life outside of work as a taxi service for my kids. On the rare occasion I get any time to myself, I like nothing better than a spa day.
