About the role
Our client is an exciting organisation seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist who will take ownership of the Paid Search, Paid Social & Display channels initiatives whilst working collaboratively with the wider marketing function. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and ambitious with a proven track record of improving customer acquisitions through data driven, cross-channel experience.
Responsibilities
- Strategize, execute, monitor and manage campaigns across multiple platforms
- Own the Paid Search, Paid Social & Google Display Network initiatives
- Oversee growth in performance, continuously suggesting areas for improvement
- Manage a test and learn strategy across traffic to drive insight into brand traffic behaviour
- Report on key performance indicators and lead generation initiatives
- Support SEO and Affiliate initiatives
Key Criteria
- PPC Management experience in a brand or agency environment
- Demonstrable experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
- Strong background in analysis and reporting
- Self-motivated attitude with excellent communication skills at all levels
