A brief summary of what success in this role would look like:

This unique and diverse role will be accountable for the marketing performance of our brand-new marketing vehicle, while representing the Clients brand and helping us be successful at events.

You’ll be the store manager of our mobile store, driving the marketing showcase van to events throughout Scotland and the North of England from Wednesday to Sunday (when most events are held). When there are no events available for us to attend you will represent the Clients brand by creating a presence across areas we are building Fibre network to.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

3-5 major areas of responsibility – What does this role do?

  • Ensure the van is at the right locations at the right time and day, is correctly stocked and always ready for events
  • Set up and disassemble the van at each event, making sure it is ready to welcome customers and successfully stored at the end of each day
  • Represent the Clients brand at events and town showcases as a sales representative to educate, inform and gather interest from potential customers (No selling specifically required!)
  • Be a key part of the event team, helping plan and execute on local events, large scale events and just where to park the van to get maximum brand exposure!
  • Answer any questions that the local populace has regarding our Network and take orders when necessary.

  • By being a brand ambassador, you will help us gain traction across locations included in our network build plan – we should see a clear increase of interest in operational areas
  • A clear input of leads from market square days and events
  • A keen willingness to learn the market and to be able to answer questions given by the public

 

 

PERSON PROFILE

Essential (E) or desirable (D) knowledge, education, experience and skills

Education & Qualifications: Specialised/Technical

  • A full, clean UK driving licence (you will be driving every day)
