The Role
Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for luxury hospitality? We are looking for a Head of Sales to lead and drive revenue across a prestigious five-star hotel, spa, and golf estate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead proactive and reactive sales efforts to maximise room bookings.
- Monitor booking pace, sales performance, and identify gaps in revenue.
- Build relationships with luxury travel agents and private clients.
- Work closely with the Head of Marketing and Head of Commercial Development to align strategies.
- Drive a sales-focused culture through incentives, performance monitoring, and training.
- Present sales reports and strategies to senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, including GDPR.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 5+ years in sales within luxury hospitality (ideally) but a strong sales background from other industries may be considered.
- Skills: Strong business development, financial acumen, and leadership skills.
