Responsibilities
- Drive growth by identifying and qualifying high-potential leads for the sales team
- Use multi-channel outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to engage prospects and set up discovery meetings
- Research and understand target markets to personalise outreach and maximise impact
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine outreach strategies and share insights
- Achieve and exceed monthly activity targets for lead generation and meetings booked
- Maintain accurate records in CRM, tracking all interactions and follow-ups
Key Criteria
- Experience in lead generation or a related sales role, preferably within a SaaS environment
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to interpret data and offer actionable insights
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools
- Self-driven and comfortable working independently
