The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join an outstanding organisation with an unique culture of collaboration. We’re seeking an enthusiastic communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for all things sales development.

Responsibilities

  • Drive growth by identifying and qualifying high-potential leads for the sales team
  • Use multi-channel outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to engage prospects and set up discovery meetings
  • Research and understand target markets to personalise outreach and maximise impact
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine outreach strategies and share insights
  • Achieve and exceed monthly activity targets for lead generation and meetings booked
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM, tracking all interactions and follow-ups

Key Criteria

  • Experience in lead generation or a related sales role, preferably within a SaaS environment
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to interpret data and offer actionable insights
  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools
  • Self-driven and comfortable working independently
