We’re delighted to be working with this very well established manufacturing plant in their search for an experienced HR Administrator. Due to growth, they now have a requirement for an additional head to join their small but very busy HR function. The successful candidate will provide hands on support to the HRBP and HR Manager. This is a transactional HR role and you will be covering all aspects of HR support including Payroll, Systems, Employee Relations, Training and Recruitment.
Criteria:
Good level of Education
Experience gained in a similar role
Either working towards a CIPD qualification or happy to commence
Excellent communication skills
