Job Description

A field based role working within a team covering a regional area. Working on industrial, commercial and residential properties. Servicing, repairing & installing a range of doors and gates, automatic & manual.

Key Tasks:

Daily tasks will include weekly vehicle inspections, repair, service and install of product offering. Completion of job related forms, dynamic risk assessments, risk assessment method statements (RAMS), adhering to quality management systems (QMS) whilst supporting the Depot and the team alongside the Regional Manager.

The candidate will attend health safety meetings, maximise sales opportunities, carry out customer surveys, complete timesheets, mentor Trainee Engineers as and when, Identify hazards on customer sites and control van stock.

Key Requirements for role:

3 Years + relevant experience in the industry working on Industrial/Automatic/Commercial and doors, gates, barriers and loading bay equipment.

Industry specific electrical knowledge and training including CSCS card, IPAF, PASMA, BSEN16005, Gatesafe Diploma, NVQ in related subject, electrical certification (this will be provided where necessary).

Ability to work comfortably at height. Have a basic understanding of IT systems. Full UK driving license is essential.
