About the Role
Main purpose of the role is to support the depot manager in the day to day running of the depot this includes several tasks listed in the key tasks below. Reporting to the Manager and
dealing with day-to-day issues, ordering parts, creating and sending PO’S and dealing with clients on email and phone calls, while monitoring all engineer activities to ensure the delivery of an exceptional customer experience.

Ordering parts for the jobs
Taking phone calls from engineers, dealing with issues
Customer enquiries
Following up orders
Attend health and safety meetings
Maximise sales opportunities
Raising orders and quotes
Stock management
