• £30,000 – £33,000 plus bonus opportunity – Negotiable dependant on skills and experience

Assisting the Centre Manager with the daily running of the Auto Centre, duties are varied and will include:

• Motivating and leading the team
• Participating in staff inductions and development
• Ensuring centre targets are met, including key performance indicators and service level agreements.
• Allocating work and agreeing timescales
• Stock taking and ordering stock to ensure that technicians have available materials, tools and parts required to carry out work within the agreed timescales.
• Maximising all sales opportunities
• Providing a high level of customer service and resolving any issues
• Ensuring all completed work is checked and carried out to industry and company standards.

Skills required:

• Supervisory / training experience within the automotive industry
• Sales knowledge and experience with the ability to motivate others to meet/exceed targets.
• Technical/Mechanical vehicle knowledge
• Competent IT skills
• Full driving licence
